CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final.  Tickets are non-refundable.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for tickets is at the point of sale.  If a credit card isn’t available, customers may call the Box Office and send a check (if it is received at least a week before the show), but NO SEATS WILL BE RESERVED until payment has been received.  

 

EXCHANGES

Don’t suffer from seat regret!  If you see seats you prefer that are of equal or higher price for your event, call 260-768-4990 to exchange the ones you have and just pay the difference, if any.  Limit one exchange per person, per event.

We can’t exchange tickets for events that are less than 24 hours away.

 

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED EVENTS

We’ll contact you and issue a refund automatically, excluding all fees.  Please return tickets bought at the Box Office to the same location.

 

REFUNDS FOR RESCHEDULED EVENTS

We’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP.  Exceptions to the Refund & Exchange Policy include VIP and other premium tickets; resale and auction tickets; tickets purchased with additional items or bundled products and tickets later discounted.

 

BAD WEATHER POLICY (SNOW, ETC)

If the artist/band arrives at The MEC, the show will go on as scheduled and tickets will remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  If the artist/band is unable to make it, and we cancel or reschedule the show, ticket holders will be notified and a message will be posted on our website and social media.
