Meals From Michiana -- Joining forces with Feed My Starving Children to pack ONE MILLION MEALS!
We need over 3000 volunteers! We are raising over $220,000!
Join us and be part of the solution!
Join us for a mobile meal packing event coordinated by Feed My Starving Children. Organizers are currently working to raise over $220,000 to cover the cost of the meals (less than 25 cents per meal). Donors are assured that more than 90 percent of local donations goes directing to feeding children.

Founded in 1987, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.

The Approach
Our process is simple. Donations given by people just like you fund the meal ingredients. Volunteers hand-pack the meals. Meals are donated to FMSC food partners around the world, where kids are fed and lives are saved!

How do I register to pack?
Go to the FMSC website or call 260-562-2505 to register yourself, your family, or a large group for one of our shifts.
How long is a shift?
Shifts are approximately 2 hours.
What is the minimum age for volunteering?
The minimum age for volunteering is 5 years old. Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to arrive early for orientation?
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your packing session to check-in.
Are your sites handicap accessible?
Yes! Each site is accessible and has a job for everyone!
Are we supposed to wear any particular clothing?
We recommend closed-toed shoes, comfortable clothes, and no jewelry.
How much does the food cost?
Each meal costs less than 25 cents to make.
How much of my donation goes to the food?
FMSC devotes more than 90 percent of total donations to feeding kids.
