February 16-17, 2024

Friday, Feb. 16: 660 round 60 arrow qualification shooting times 8:00, 12:00 pm or 4:00 pm. X scores as 11.

Saturday, Feb. 17: Elimination at 12 noon, Shoot off will take place Saturday 4pm

**Qualification Shooting at 8am on Saturday. Shoot Off at 4pm or after elimination Match

If you register and pay before February 14, you will not have to pay $15 for the outdoor show. If you pay the day of the show, you will have to pay $15 for the Outdoor Show, plus your Tournament entry fee.

• Practice Range $10 per day or $15 for entire weekend

3-Spot Rules

This Tournament is a Lancaster Format

• Practice Range: will be on-site $15 for the entire weekend, 3 Spot target faces are provided, or $10 a day.

• X scores as 11

• There will be line Judges. All Archers are required to replace their target face at the line Judges discretion, target faces may not be moved or repaired at any time during the tournament.

• Qualification rounds will be timed at 2 minutes (120 seconds) for 3 shots. Any arrows shot after 2 minutes will be counted as a zero.

• Qualification rounds will have 2 ends of practice before official scoring begins.

• Archers will switch shooting order and target replacement at the half (10 scoring ends), top targets will move to the bottom and bottom will move to the top.

• Archers in the CD position will shoot first throughout qualification rounds. (Bottom always shoots first). AB shoot top.

• Any arrows traveling past the 3-meter dead arrow line cannot be re-shot and will be scored as a miss.

• Divisions will follow NFAA/Vegas Rules and Equipment.

• For cash payout we must receive a W-9 or W-8 BEN IRS form if your check is over $600.

Bare Bow Class Rules

Barebow follows World Archery rules Archers in this division shoot either a recurve or longbow. Rest and plunger permitted. String walking is allowed. No clickers, draw checks or stabilizers are allowed, but riser mounted weights are allowed so long as the bow with all legal accessory`s fits through a 12.2cm WA/USAA Judge`s ring. No serving ending or marks are allowed on bowstring.

Shoot Off Format

1. 12:00pm will be your divisions first elimination match

2. Elimination matches consist of 4 ends 3 shots (12 arrows) maximum possible score of 132 (12) 11`s.

3. All Elimination matches will be timed at 2 minutes (120 seconds) for 3 shots.

4. During match, Archer calls opponent`s arrows, archers may disagree with opponent`s arrow call and appeal to a Judge, Judges call is final.

5. In the shoot up match you will need 6 arrows


3-Spot Elimination & Payout Details

Qualification placement cut off for elimination round in each division. The cutoff is based on the number off shooters in each

• Championship division with 125 shooters will use the top 64 Olympic bracket in the elimination round and payout top 32. Amateur division is the same bracket with 150 shooters will payout top 32.

• Championship division with 100 Shooters will use the top 48 Olympic bracket in the elimination round and payout top 24. Amateur division will use the same bracket with 125 shooters will payout top 24.

• Championship and Amateur division with 75 shooters will use the top 32 Olympic bracket in the elimination round and payout top 16.

• Championship and Amateur divisions with 50 shooters will use the top 16 Olympic bracket in the elimination round and payout top 8.

• Championship and Amateur divisions with 25 shooters will use the top 8 Olympic bracket in the elimination round and payout top 4.

Top 64 Olympic bracket for elimination will be 1 vs 64 – 2 vs 63 - 3 vs 62 and so on. Then top 32 will be 1 vs 32 – 2 vs 31 – 3 vs 30 and so on. Then top 16 will be 1 vs 16 – 2 vs 15 - 3 vs 14 and so on. Then the top 8 shooters will go to the shoot up match. #8 vs #7 winner will shoot against #6 and so on. Not all divisions will have the top eight in the shoot up matches based on number of shooters per division.

25 Target IBO Course

25 Target IBO Course Registration Fees & Payouts

• Traditional Class 25 yds. $40 per shooter.

• Bowhunter Class 35 yds. $40 per shooter.

• Known 45 yds Open Class. $60 per shooter.

Number of individuals receiving a payout is based on number of participants For cash payout we must receive a W-9 or W-8 BEN IRS form if your check is over $600.


25 Target IBO Course Shooting Times

Traditional Class 25 yds. - Shooting time: Saturday 10:30 am line

Bowhunter Class 35 yds. - Shooting time: Friday 2:00 pm line - 5:00 pm line - Saturday 9:00 am line.

Known 45 yds Open Class - Shooting time: Friday 6:30 pm line – Saturday 12:00 pm line.


25 Target IBO Course Rules

• IBO rules apply (All Rules will be on Brochure)

• All Classes will payout

• There will be Cash Random Draws

• Practice range $5 per day


Bowhunter Class Rules

Shooters may not use a lens with Magnification. Shooters need to have a pin in their sight. Stabilizers and side bar need to be less than 12 inches from point of attachment.

No rangefinder, Arrows must have screw-in tips. No glue in points. Sights need to be fixed pin. Sight may not be moved once on course. You may use a slider sight but once you start the course you can`t move the sight. Stabilizer, side bars or weighted attachments may be attached to the bow as long as these items do not extend more than 12 inches from point of attachment.
